Presales Solution Architect (AI/ML Focus)

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their business and technical requirements
Analyze client needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions
Identify client pain points and objectives, and propose effective solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop winning sales strategies
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle
Respond to technical questions and address client concerns
Scoping out customer requirements and turning it into statements of work
Contribute to RFI/RFP responses
Work with sales teams to create accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions
Help to write proposals that clearly explain the value of the proposed solutions
Design comprehensive and tailored AWS-based solutions that meet client requirements and delivery capabilities
Create detailed architectural diagrams, documentation, and proposals
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with AWS best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, AI developments, and cloud technologies
Maintain a deep understanding of SnapSoft's service offerings
Obtain and maintain relevant AWS certifications
Meeting with clients mainly from the EU region
Coming up with unique solutions or utilising existing ones
