The Coca-Cola HBC premium spirits portfolio is one of our fastest-growing categories. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of premium beverages with some of the world’s most powerful brands such as Finlandia, Jack Daniel's, Bacardi, Martini, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Grey Goose Vodka, Macallan. Being responsible for Premium Spirits in HoReCa channel, you will indirectly lead the team of Premium Spirit Sales Representatives, you’ll design the channel strategy, negotiate with key partners, and unlock new market opportunities. You will achieve the results by orchestrating excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, Premium Spirit Marketing teams and Premium Spirit brand owners.

  • Write the success story of our HoReCa channel! Design and execute a strategy that ensures our premium brands are present in the most iconic restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues.
  • Build lasting relationships and take a seat at the key negotiation tables, where you and our premium partners shape the future of the business together.
  • Act as the functional leader of the Premium Spirits Sales Representatives in close collaboration with their line managers (Area Sales Managers); motivate them to achieve their goals, and support their professional growth.
  • Seize market opportunities and identify new outlets, establish partnerships, and create joint growth paths with HoReCa operators.
  • Make results visible by tracking performance, analyzing trends, and collaborating with brand owners to achieve even greater success in the premium spirits category.
  • Maximize impact with every tool available and ensure that marketing activations, promotions, and resources are in place where they deliver the highest return.
  • University degree
  • Driving license
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience and 3 years in hospitality or working directly with HoReCa partners
  • Valid driving license (category B)
  • Confident English skills (minimum intermediate level)
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, combined with a customer-centric mindset
