Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands‑on Cleaning Operations & Quality Manager to take our cleaning standards, team, and processes to the next level across both businesses.
Your responsibilities
• Ensure every property – rentals, hotels, premium homes, offices and stores – is cleaned to a consistent 5‑star, hotel‑level standard.
• Lead, train, and coach cleaners so they understand and follow our premium standards and checklists in every type of property.
• Plan and optimize cleaning schedules across company-managed short‑term rentals, premium homes, and B2B clients so we use our team efficiently.
• Carry out regular quality checks on site and give clear, constructive feedback to the team.
• Work closely with operations / guest‑facing teams and B2B account managers to resolve issues quickly and prevent repeat problems.
• Help refine and document our cleaning processes so they are clear, repeatable, and easy to train and scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in cleaning / housekeeping management, ideally in hotels, serviced apartments, premium rentals or high‑end residential / office cleaning.
• Fluent in both Hungarian and English
• Very high standards, strong eye for detail, pride in delivering premium quality.
• Hands‑on leader who is present in the field, checks work personally and can demonstrate “what good looks like”.
• Strong planner and problem‑solver who enjoys organizing people, routes and schedules.
• Fair, reliable, friendly manager who can demand quality while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
