Responsibilities

Building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Creation of automated workflows that improve customer and business processes
Testing, validation, and troubleshooting of low-code applications
Documentation of solution designs, business requirements, and user guides
Configuring data connections and integrations using standard connectors
Development and enhancement of customer-facing Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Creation of conversational solutions, workflows, and knowledge sources
Testing Agent responses and identifying opportunities for improvement
Monitoring feedback and supporting continuous enhancement of AI-powered experiences
Maintaining documentation and configuration records for Copilot solutions
Collaboration with business users to understand process improvement opportunities
Participation in team meetings, sprint activities, and solution reviews
Assisting with user acceptance testing and deployment activities
Supporting adoption and training efforts for new solutions and automations
Contributing ideas for improving customer interactions through automation and AI

Requirements

Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio)
Basic pro-code concepts
Awareness of AI solutions, chatbots, or conversational AI technologies
Understanding data concepts such as tables, lists, and simple data relationships
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
Customer-focused mindset and interest in improving user experiences
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment
Eager to learn organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice-to-have

Exposure to low-code or no-code development platforms
Basic knowledge of APIs, connectors, or system integrations
Familiarity with Agile ways of working
