Power BI & VBA Specialist – MOL GBS Finance

We are looking for a data‑driven professional who can work independently, feels at home in Power BI and VBA, and has strong advantage if you also have experience with UiPath / RPA. If you enjoy making data transparent, processes faster, and reports more valuable — you’ll fit right in.

Technology Environment

• Power BI (DAX, M Query, data modelling)

• Excel VBA / macros

• UiPath (REFramework, Orchestrator, API integration) – strong advantage

• Power Automate / Power Apps – advantage

• SAP, NAV, data integrations

• Designing and developing data models, Power BI reports and dashboards as a member of the Process Improvement & Automation team.

• Creating, optimizing and maintaining Excel macros and VBA solutions.

• Integrating various data sources (SAP, NAV, APIs, databases, Excel/CSV inputs).

• Automating and standardizing reporting processes, including documentation.

• Close collaboration with business teams (controlling, reporting, master data, finance).

• Supporting or developing RPA (UiPath) processes – advantage but not a requirement.

• Degree in Computer Science / Economics and/or Finance

• 2+ years of experience in Power BI development and reporting/data analysis

• Strong Excel macro/VBA knowledge

• Strong logical and analytical skills

• Independence, strong stakeholder management, structured thinking

• Confident English language skills (spoken and written)

• Openness to new technologies (RPA, AI, data platforms)

• Real impact: reports used daily by MOL’s finance and operational teams
