Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize business processes (logistics, trade, online platforms).
- Collect, document and formalize business requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications for IT development teams.
- Participate in ERP/CRM and digital platform implementation.
- Work with large data sets, prepare dashboards and analytical reports.
- Support management with data-driven insights and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and operations teams.
- Prepare analytical documentation and presentations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in logistics, trade or e-commerce).
- Strong understanding of supply chain and international trade processes.
- Experience in writing technical documentation and business requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar tools.
- Understanding of BPMN / UML or similar process modeling.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Experience in international and fast-growing environments.
Nice-to-have
Will be a plus:
- Experience in launching digital platforms.
- Experience in logistics IT systems.
- Experience with international supply chains.
