Responsibilities

Drive and deliver client experience and needs through daily interactions
Participate in continuous improvement of control environment, policies, and procedures
Obtain and review quarterly inclusion reports
Analyze and monitor monthly/quarterly investor reports data in the Client’s in-house system
Perform preliminary checks based on monthly/quarterly investor data
Check compliance and quality of data provided in investor reports with contractual terms
Send weekly status summary to the Client
Draft quarterly risk report
Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, analysis, and flagging of potential concerns
Troubleshoot and support Financial Intermediaries
Perform data input activities
Assist stakeholders with any ad hoc/project work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education with 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Customer and data focused with strong client service/relationship and data management experience
Comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, German and Italian are an advantage
Ambitious, proactive problem solver with positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Reliable and trusted teammate with strong integrity and ethics
Proficient with Excel and other MS Office applications, and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems
Result-oriented and able to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to accomplish crucial tasks
