Responsibilities

Job Description:
The role is responsible for preparation of brand business cases; PID (project initiation document) process and packaging management. Support superior with planning, preparation and execution of brand initiatives to achieve set targets/KPIs on Hungarian market. Specialist is responsible for planning and evaluation of investments to go-to-market activities for both traditional and new generation brands.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support superior with Brand strategy such as reviewing and updating portfolio, focusing on portfolio equity, implementation of toolkit aligning with trade segmentation and sales channels.
  • Responsible for developing business cases and calculating necessary investments for brand implementation as well as calculating costs involved and managing risks.
  • Responsible for PIDs development. Provide detailed product descriptions and specifications for the PID. Finalise and refine the PID basing on inputs or recommendations resulting from the approval process.
  • Responsible for the product packaging management.
  • Support superior with brand initiatives, aligning them with trade segment initiatives, prioritizing them and preparing estimated budgets and necessary activities required for implementation of initiatives.
  • Responsible for briefing and aligning with Senior Brand manager for preparation and execution of activation activities (in-store & out store) within the legal frame
  • Support Brand manager with sale cycle campaigns development and execution (incl. key visual development, messaging etc.)
  • Responsible for communication and coordination of initiatives with trade team, digital team and consumer service team to ensure consistent communication of the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Supporting superior with the bottom-up budgets to determine the cost per portfolio brand initiative and quantify the total investment required.
  • Responsible for preparing recommendation and mitigation plans based on evaluation of brand initiatives implementation, reviews, and updates targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in Brand Marketing area
  • Proactive, communicative and open to challenges
  • Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and MS office tools understanding
  • Min. intermediate level of English knowledge both, written and spoken
  • Driving license
