Responsibilities
Your tasks will be as a Polish speaking Customer Support Representative:
- Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
- Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Log cases and calls with high-quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Fluent English and Polish language knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
