We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. PMO and Strategy Manager

The Role

Manage the CE TBS Leadership Team meetings, ensuring key topics are discussed, decisions made and actions are progressed - including weekly and strategic meetings
Drive and coordinate the Mission 2023 pillar projects in CE and co-ordinate the delivery of future strategy projects and strategy events
Manage strategic and important cross-functional projects within TBS, including planning, lead and control the progress by the Natural Work Team, deliverables. Highlight dependencies and manage that cross functionally with external stakeholders. Agree and follow next steps, business case, conduct meetings efficiently.
Build project management capability within CE TBS
Bringing together Leadership Team to ensure all key project deliverables, and LT next steps are completed on time
Collaborate with central teams within Business Services such as Transitions, Strategy and Transformation
Support change impact assessments within TBS resulting from projects and initiatives undertaken

Your background

University education
Advanced level of English language
5-6 years professional experience
Strong background in heading and leading projects
Ability to work independently
Self-initiator, self-driven
Can-do attitude, agility, flexibility
Strong communication skills
Network&relationship building&nurturing
