Responsibilities

Implementation of Technical Solutions Based on Engineering Business Partner Requirements
Development in Python in Connection with CIM Database Product Lifecycle Management System
Work in GIT Lab CI/CD Environment with Pycharm and JetBrain AI
Development of Add-Ons and Interfaces to Automate and Optimize Business Processes
Monitoring of Service Performance to Ensure Highest Quality and Availability of Application Environment
Operation, Installation, Configuration, and Incident Handling for Engineering Applications
Communication and Collaboration with International IT Teams

Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field
Minimum of 3 Years Experience in IT or Similar Role
Strong Knowledge and Proven Experience in Object-Oriented Programming Language Python
Understanding of CI/CD Lifecycles and Agile Methodologies
Fluent English Language Skills
Strong Time Management Skills with Ability to Plan, Manage, and Delegate Tasks Effectively
Experience Working in Virtual or Distributed International Teams
Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Abilities
Lean Mindset Focused on Continuous Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
Outstanding Communication Skills

Nice-to-have

Experience with Languages Such as C++, C#, JavaScript, or Linux Shell Scripting, Base Knowledge of Database Management (SQL), Familiarity with Usage of PLM Systems, German Language Skills, Knowledge of Other Languages
