PLC Technician/Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced PLC technician/engineer to ensure the operation of machines and complete production lines designed and installed by our company. This includes remote diagnostics, but also travel to the customer if necessary.
 

• Direct Line Support: Work remotely or directly on the production line to provide immediate assistance and resolve PLC and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
• Firefighting on the Shop Floor: Act as a frontline responder to troubleshoot and resolve any software emergencies that arise on the shop floor, ensuring swift resolution to prevent production delays
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of PLC malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and programming software to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to the local maintenance and service team, as well as conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports, and generate comprehensive analysis reports. Identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures after feedback with the design department in China and Hungary.
• Debugging tasks during production line installation, exploring and solving process optimization opportunities on the software side.
