Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based platforms and infrastructure solutions.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks and automation processes.
- Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery and release management.
- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across cloud environments, including identity management, network security, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to enable self-service capabilities and improve development workflows.
- Optimize infrastructure and cloud services for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms in production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and reusable infrastructure components.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform and/or enterprise cloud application platforms supporting integration, extension development, and cloud-native operations.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts and automation practices (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies).
- Experience with CI/CD processes and modern deployment pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles, and identity management.
- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Automation-focused mindset with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Passion for continuous learning, improvement, and adopting new technologies.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is considered a strong advantage. We also welcome professionals with a solid Azure and infrastructure background who are eager to expand their skills and work with new technologies.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
