Hyundai MOBIS is one of the main companies in the Hyundai Automotive Group which also includes Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors. Mobis Parts Europe N.V. is in charge of distributing and selling after-sales parts as well as accessories for Hyundai and Kia models in Europe. We work closely together with our different subsidiaries all over Europe, our Hungarian Branch Office is located in Érd, our European Headquarter is in Frankfurt.

Feladatok

Coordinate and support projects initiated by Korea HQ and EU HQ
Handle urgent requests from Korean Headquarter and local departments
Prepare and manage Distributor Enhancement Projects
Oversee inventory management and parts & accessories logistics
Maintain effective communication between local branch and HQ
Provide regular reports and analysis to Branch President and Department Heads
Collaborate with Hyundai & Kia service departments
Ensure KPI targets are met and follow up on progress
Maintain contact with subcontractors and relevant authorities
Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings, calls, and workshops
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch President or superiors

Elvárások

University or College degree
Native in Korean and fluent in English
Work experience in automotive business analyst position is an advantage
Experience in database management, reporting, data analysis is an advantage
IT literacy, advanced Excel and PPT knowledge is a must
Candidates currently residing or working in Hungary will be given preference
