Responsibilities

Planning and ordering of parts via the MRP purchasing system in such way ensuring that parts supply equals demand and service levels required whilst supporting optimization of overall cost of parts inventory
Planning and orders of non-production parts (such as MRO, services, 3rd parties) to support operation
Processing of and follow up on inquiries for purchase requisitions and orders in time
Closely liaise with the Technical, Sales and Order management functions for parts planning and ordering, to establish an efficient, timely and pro-active order processing
Maintenance and creation of parts item masters, info records, pricing and relevant parts information in the database in accordance with the applicable company policy

Requirements

In depth knowledge of order management, production, purchasing 2-4 years’ experience international / multinational company
Excellent communication skills are required

Verbal and written fluency in both Hungarian and English are required
In depth knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools and MS Office
Reading and interpreting regulatory and technical documentation
