Responsibilities
- Develop logistics service proposals based on customer requirements
- Participate in logistics process and layout optimization (including workshops)
- Analyze existing processes and systems using collected data
- Design logistics processes and coordinate their implementation
- Introduce and coordinate ongoing planning tasks
- Operate and update planning-related IT systems (Document Management System, SAP, AutoCAD)
- Support project work and cross-functional activities
- Monitor existing logistics processes and take corrective action when needed
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and audits
- Support quality improvement activities and monthly reporting
- Provide data and collaborate directly with the customer
- Follow and support 5S standards in the working environment
Requirements
- Secondary education (technical or logistics background is an advantage)
- SAP knowledge (advantage)
- AutoCAD knowledge (advantage)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand numerical relationships and apply mathematical logic
- English knowledge (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to provide early identification of process issues
Nice-to-have
- Experience in logistics planning or process engineering
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with 5S, QHSE, and internal audit processes
