Responsibilities

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for all the pizza area, including preparing the doughts, make the mise en place for the pizza line, deep and daily cleaning. Working as part of a team, they ensure consistent quality and presentation across all service periods.

Requirements

Pizza Preparation & Cooking & Serving: Prepare, cook, and present pizzas in accordance with the hotel’s culinary standards.
Shift Coverage: Participate in a daily schedule to cover midday and evening services.
Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to coordinate kitchen workflow and service efficiency.
Hygiene & Safety: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations consistently.
Support & Flexibility: Assist in other kitchen sections as needed to ensure seamless service.
