Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality PHP applications and new features.
- Support the migration of existing applications from Symfony 3.4 to Symfony 5.x and from PHP 7.x to PHP 8.x.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of proven experience developing applications with PHP and the Symfony framework.
- Hands-on experience with application migration projects, particularly PHP and Symfony version upgrades.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, testing, and application architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment with collaborative development practices.
- Confident English
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
