Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator
What your new challenge will look like
As a coordinator in transportation management for the 4flow management business line, you will be responsible for managing daily shipments and regular operations, as well as for customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility. This will include the following tasks:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of daily transportation processes
- Achieving and maintaining the quality and performance standards specified by our pharmaceutical customers
- Communicating regularly with customers about transportation status and taking on first-level escalations in your daily work
- Taking on responsibility for the quality and performance of work for assigned team members, as well as managing capacity and allocating tasks within the team
- Being the first point of contact for team members handling complex transportation setups and process deviations, as well as for processes related to managing your team
- Providing trainings and onboarding new colleagues
- Working in close coordination with your manager and the project management team
- Completing other tasks that correspond to your knowledge and skills, in addition to supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

- You are confident using IT systems and you have strong communication skills in English
- You are passionate about logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
