Responsibilities

To be office support for Key Account Manager/Sales Rep
Receiving invoices and reports from pharmaceutical wholesalers and chains and processing them together with finance department
Reprinting of the current marketing materials
After aligning and agreeing with KAs on the intended activities by Key Account Manager to follow up on campaign implementation and execution
To be in touch with KAs (pharma wholesalers and pharmacy chains) on their daily questions and requests
Cooperating with outsourced RA person on keeping all current product registrations and acquiring new ones if relevant
Following stock situation and ensuring goods availability by timely orders from producers
Preparing reports

Requirements

Preferable Previous experience in Pharma Sector, preferably in Assistant, Junior Trade Marketing Specialist or similar position
Excellent Excel knowledge
Fluent Hungarian and preferably good English language knowledge
Flexible and versatile personality
