Responsibilities

Personal Assistant to the CEO (60 - 100%)
Are you an organizational talent with a strategic mindset? In this key role, you will act as the right hand of our CEO and ensure that everything runs smoothly in all organizational and administrative matters. If you enjoy keeping an overview, thinking ahead, and managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office with ease, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
For full or part-time positions, daily availability is required to ensure continuous support.

YOUR SKILLS
Completed degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration or a related field
Several years of experience as an assistant at C-level
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and trustworthiness, as well as strong communication skills
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
YOUR TASKS
Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings (CEO and Executive Management Team), including taking minutes
Creation and preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
Planning and organization of meetings, business trips, and events
Monitoring and proactive management of the CEO's mailbox, including tracking open tasks
Acting as a point of contact for external partners and the entire Extended Management Team for ad-hoc matters (e.g., travel arrangements, correspondence, complex meetings)

Considering the experience we are looking for in this position, for a 100% position an appropriate salary range is between CHF 97,000 and CHF 128,000
