Responsibilities
Position summary:
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized assistant to support our CEO with daily tasks, time management, communication, and some personal matters.
This position combines the roles of a Personal Assistant (PA) and Executive Assistant (EA) – offering both business and personal support to the head of a dynamic, growing company.
In addition to working with Hungarian entities, the role also involves handling matters related to the company’s international operations in English.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send invitations
• Filter and manage important emails, draft and reply to messages on behalf of the CEO
• Arrange business trips, events, hotel bookings, and flight reservations
• Prepare for partner meetings (background information, folders, materials)
• Support internal meeting preparation and follow-up
• Assist in creating sales and management reports in cooperation with relevant teams
• Track tasks and projects assigned by the CEO, ensure timely execution and follow-up through summaries and progress reports
• Handle administrative tasks: document management, summaries, presentations
• Coordinate appointments and handle personal matters (medical, service providers, etc.)
• Help manage the CEO’s workload and priorities — acting as the “right hand”
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position (PA, EA, Executive Assistant) – proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
• Independent, proactive work style and strong sense of structure
• Strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English
• Confident use of Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams
• Excellent time management and flexibility
• Advantage: experience with Odoo, Trello, Notion, or any CRM system
• Advantage: background or knowledge in an additional field (e.g. marketing, law, social media, etc.)
