Responsibilities

Professional oversight and support for performance testing activities across multiple IT projects
Review of scope and resource requirements of planned performance tests during project preparation phase
Monitoring and support of performance test planning, preparation, execution, and quality assurance throughout project delivery
Coordination of performance testing activities across multiple projects within release cycles
Planning and coordination of resources required for standard performance testing activities
Leading definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard performance test suites including defect management and maintenance processes
Tracking performance testing progress and preparation of transparent, consolidated reports for stakeholders
Collaboration with Performance Test Analysts, Test Automation Engineers, Test Managers, Quality Managers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architects
Working together with cross-functional teams including Test Environment Management, Release Management, Project Management, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders
Contribution to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing within a large enterprise environment
At least 3 years of experience as a Test Manager, Test Coordinator, or Test Automation Engineer
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or performance test management
Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, processes, and tools
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Knowledge of software development and IT methodologies such as ISTQB, Agile, and ITIL
Experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, or Elastic APM
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Team-player attitude

Nice-to-have

International certifications such as ISTQB CTAL-TM, ISTQB CT-PT, or similar
Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech sector
Experience with performance testing of digital banking channels or other high-availability enterprise systems
