Responsibilities
- You develop and optimise our digital customer journeys across the entire sales funnel, with a particular focus on top-funnel performance and efficient digital acquisition of new customers.
- Through data-driven initiatives, you create measurable business impact and sustainably improve conversion rates, efficiency and growth.
- A/B testing, multivariate testing and data-driven experimentation are part of your everyday toolkit: you develop hypotheses, identify friction points, behavioural drop-offs and conversion barriers and ensure that insights are translated into concrete, scalable improvements.
- KPIs and funnel analytics guide your work. You analyse funnel performance, detect drop-offs and conversion barriers early on, and turn your insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Using meaningful analyses and dashboards, you make performance transparent and support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
- Whether it's an established platform or an emerging channel, you know how to identify what truly performs. From Meta and LinkedIn to Google Networks, Reddit and emerging platforms, you manage and optimise campaigns, audiences and budgets with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
- You continuously test creatives, audience targeting, landing pages and channel mixes in order to systematically unlock new growth opportunities.
- Working closely with colleagues across Content, SEO, Product Management, Development and Digital Marketing, you create cross-channel optimisation initiatives and ensure that content, user journeys and landing pages are clear, intuitive and aligned with customer needs.
- Reporting and transparency are equally important to you: you establish meaningful KPI tracking, evaluate results and derive concrete recommendations to drive sustainable performance improvements.
Requirements
- Ideally, a degree with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Media Management or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and strong expertise in digital & perfomance marketing, conversion optimisation and SEA; agency experience and first practice with agentic AI is a plus
- Strong methodological skills and confidence in working with data, KPI reporting and the optimisation of key metrics such as CPA, CPL and CPC
- Know-how in customer journey analyses, testing and optimization as well as in landing page, content and UX-optimization
- Familiar with marketing platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and CoPilot
- Commercially driven with a strong sales orientation
- Excellent feel for language and communication, combined with conceptual and creative thinking skills
- Open to cultural diversity in an international environment
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
