Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership of the PerfectDraft DTC / direct-to-consumer business
Development and implementation of the PerfectDraft multi-channel strategy (e-commerce, retail, gastronomy)
Cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Key Account, Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Logistics to ensure first-class multi-channel brand integration and product availability
Operational sales responsibility for the PerfectDraft direct business:
- Conceptualization of paid social media campaigns and performance marketing activities, implemented together with the team and delivering measurable results
- Acquisition of new consumers and maximization of machine sales
- Building new partnerships to increase consumer reach
- Pricing and promotion planning for the DTC platform

Requirements

Completed university degree in business or a related field, or a commercial apprenticeship
Experience in the digital area (eCommerce / digitalization)
3-5 years of Sales experience, ideally also in brick-and-mortar retail
In-depth understanding of various acquisition channels and experience in performance marketing
Fluent in English and German or English and Italian
Very good IT skills, especially MS Office
Strong analytical and communication skills
Enthusiastic, ambitious, well-organized, and flexible in finding solutions
