Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the BUD employer brand and create related communication content
- Support creative ideas, recruitment campaigns
- Implement employee activities and programs
- Increase engagement, involve a wide range of BUD group employees
- Manage and develop internal communication channels
- Manage the content of digital platforms (Intranet, newsletters, etc.)
- Produce wide variety of written materials and create presentations
- Manage photo and video production
- Conduct internal research
- Participate in the organization and communication of employee events
Requirements
- Higher education qualification (preferably in communications / PR / marketing / HR)
- At least 3-4 years’ experience in corporate communications or agency work
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Native Hungarian language knowledge is a must
- Have a strong command of written and spoken English
- Category B driving license
- Have solid and creative writing skills
- Connect with a wide range of people easily
- Be able to analyze, collect data
- Be on your feet even when working independently
