Leading end-to-end penetration testing engagements across web applications, APIs, cloud environments, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, and internal infrastructure
Simulating real-world attack scenarios to identify security risks before they become threats
Mentoring junior penetration testers and contributing to building a high-performing offensive security team
Partnering with Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response teams to improve security controls
Developing custom tools, scripts, and automation to make penetration testing smarter and more scalable
Designing and improving penetration testing processes, workflows, and internal platforms
Delivering clear, actionable reports that help technical and business stakeholders understand and mitigate risk
Staying up to date with the latest vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and emerging security trends

5+ years of experience in penetration testing, offensive security, red teaming, or a similar role
Solid coding skills in scripting languages such as Python
Solid knowledge of OWASP Top 10, web application security, and common attack vectors
Solid knowledge in internal and external infrastructure testing
Hands-on experience with cloud and Kubernetes penetration testing
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and modern adversary techniques
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders
Confidence in leading, supporting, and mentoring a penetration testing team
