Feladatok

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Intern to support the Center of Excellence Finance team with daily admin and payroll‑related tasks. The role supports the monthly payroll process by helping with data checks, simple reviews, JE postings, and reconciliations. The intern will work with internal teams and external payroll providers to help ensure data is accurate and on time. Tasks also include supporting audits, answering basic payroll questions, helping with reports, and assisting with year‑end and legal payroll activities. Good English is required, and knowledge of finance systems (like SAP or Oracle) is a plus but can be learned on the job.

Your Key Deliverables:

We have 2 main streams right now, where we could look for the Intern' support:
- Payroll operational activities (3rd party vendor managed payrolls)
- Payroll accounting activities (postings, reconciliations, JE creations)

Elvárások

Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
Finance studies background
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
Experienced user of MS office
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to details
