Payment Specialist – 11th District
Our multinational partner company is looking for talented new colleagues in Payment Specialist roles to join their brand new Center of Excellence in Budapest. If you would like to work in a smaller team, deal with value-added processes, contribute to building something new, furthermore also have long-term impact on the internal processes, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier-related weekly payments
- Bank payment reconciliation
- Document payment related information into the ERP system
- Be in contact with internal departments and partners to ensure the accuracy of payment-related data
- Be in contact with FP&As to make sure that payment processes are aligned with accounting
- Monitor payment schedule
- Manage payment processes in various currencies
- Be in contact with stakeholders and banking institutions to ensure accurate operation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure all payments are recorded in the internal systems
- Cost analysis and process improvement tasks
- Participation in training and mentoring other team members
Requirements:
- Bsc Degree in Economics
- 0,5 – 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or payment positions
- Solid business English language skills both oral and in writing (level C1)
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Experience in ERP systems
- High level of attention to detail
