Responsibilities
- Administrative and organisational support of the extended management team
- Classic assistant tasks, such as appointment coordination, travel planning and expense reports
- Close cooperation with the other assistants and taking over substitute activities (e.g. in case of sick leave, holidays, etc.)
- Support in the organisation of internal and external events, roadshows and conferences
- If required: support in preparing and following up meetings
- If required: Assistance in the daily office management process, including hospitality and back-up for the front desk (if necessary)
Requirements
- Completed commercial training / studies
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of assistance in an international environment
- German, Hungarian and English at min. level B2 - C1, any other foreign language (CE) an advantage
- Confident handling of MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High level of teamwork, commitment, motivation and social skills
- Hands-on mentality and time flexibility
