Step into the world of aviation and global travel! As part of our team, you will contribute to shaping international partnerships and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, global environment—supporting some of the world’s leading airlines and travel-related businesses.

P-Air Magyarország Kft., a member of the P-Company Group, is one of Europe’s fastest-growing airport transfer and airline ancillary service providers. With over 20 years of experience across more than 500 airports and serving over one million passengers annually, we operate as a B2B company working with leading global airlines.
We are currently expanding our commercial team in Budapest and are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Partner & Revenue Manager.
 

 

 

  • Building and managing international partner networks
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners
  • Negotiating commercial terms and agreements in English
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, finance, tech)
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Supporting e-commerce initiatives and digital sales channels
  • Preparing reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

 

  • Proven experience working in a commercial team
  • Experience in building and managing partner networks
  • Professional experience in international companies
  • Minimum higher education degree
  • Fluent English at negotiation level (spoken and written)
  • Proactive, results-driven, and responsible mindset
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong background in e-commerce is an advantage
  • Experience in tourism or travel management is an advantage
