Feladatok

Position

Type: Part-time job (32 hours/week, 4 days)
Working days: MON/TUE/THU/SAT
Working schedule will be up to flight operation (12:30~21:00 or 13:00~21:30)
Contract type: Fixed-term (7.5 Months, From March to October)

Responsibilities

Flight operations and working with passenger service systems such as Reservations, Check-in, Ticketing, Departure Control etc.
Act as a bridge between partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external entities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Ensure smooth passenger flow by providing exceptional customer service and support across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities may include various ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Elvárások

Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
Language Proficiency: Native Hungarian and Advanced English
Korean proficiency (Native or Advanced) is advantageous
Experience in passenger traffic and airline business is preferred
Willingness to provide perfect customer service
Possess proficient PC skills and effective communication abilities
Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
Willingness to work during weekends and holidays
