Your role

Content Creation & Management – Support the development of diverse marketing materials including video content, blog articles, social media posts, and print materials.
Digital Marketing Support – Assist with website content updates, SEO optimization, and email marketing campaign execution while learning industry best practices.
Social Media & Community Management – Execute social media strategies and engage with our audience across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and community.
Campaign Development – Help create and implement localized digital marketing campaigns targeting the Hungarian market, with opportunities to expand to other regions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor marketing metrics (KPIs, ROI) and contribute to regular performance reports with guidance from the marketing team.
Event Coordination – Support the planning and execution of webinars, workshops, and industry events to showcase Bredex Hungary's technical expertise.
Market Intelligence – Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential business opportunities in target sectors.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, technical, and management teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

Your qualifications

Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least two years of professional experience possibly in multi-language environment at a software development company.
Language Skills – Native Hungarian fluency and strong English proficiency are essential. German language abilities would be a valuable asset.
Communication Excellence – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and professional presentation.
Digital Marketing Foundation – Basic knowledge of key digital channels including social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO fundamentals, and content marketing principles.
Technical Familiarity – Experience or familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or design tools like Canva is preferred but not required.
Personal Qualities – Creative problem-solving mindset, strong multitasking abilities, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration – Collaborative team player with a proactive approach, genuine enthusiasm for learning, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
