Responsibilities

  • Create, deploy and optimise Paid Search, Paid Social and Display campaigns across multiple channels to support our growth marketing strategy
  • Optimising paid search performance and leveraging programmatic display including keyword portfolio development, bid adjustment, testing & iterating, audience building, remarketing, ad copy creation and landing page optimisation
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns in conjunction with Campaign Managers to deliver strong engagement results
  • Running and Analysis of reports to identify opportunities for investment/divestment such as Search Query Reports, Device Analysis, Impression Shares and more.
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating PPC campaign performance, based on KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL and conversion rates
  • Keeping up to date with PPC best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and digital marketing technology
  • Constantly developing our digital strategy with a test and learn approach, implementing new technologies where appropriate to drive qualified traffic to relevant websites
  • Reporting on performance to the wider Marketing Team and Stakeholders outside of the department

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display working with 6+ figure budgets
  • Demonstrable experience in driving improvements to KPIs through positive proactivity
  • High level knowledge of the PPC marketing landscape, tools, vendors, and keen interest to keep track of new developments
  • Deep knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing) and bid management systems
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn advertising and other Paid Social channels (such as Youtube & Twitter)
  • Excellent understanding of social ads management tools
  • Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, AccuRanker, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Commercially and growth minded, analytical and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels

CloudPay has a full-time position for a Paid Media Manager who can scale-up and drive our paid campaigns (search, social & display) activity. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in continually optimising and evolving our PPC digital marketing channels to deliver growth in traffic, conversions and ROI from a 6-figure budget.

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for delivering our always-on advertising and supporting our other paid media campaigns, to drive lead generation and pipeline to our Sales funnel. As the custodian of our digital paid media advertising, you will be pivotal in ensuring we maximise our Lead Generation of customers within our Ideal Customer Profile whilst investing and divesting to maintain profitability.

This individual is required to have proven experience to significantly impact B2B marketing lead generation and conversion through the funnel by managing pay-per-click campaigns across several platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
