P2P Solution Expert
Ha csatlakozol hozzánk, oltóanyag termelési folyamatokban veszel részt, mely a következő feladatokat tartalmazza:
Main Responsibilities
The role of the P2P Solution Expert is to deliver Ceva's business strategy through technology. He will be involved in shaping the opportunity, support the finance & Purchasing department in defining the vision and translate business requirements into detailed solutions. The main objectives will be to rollout Coupa (Procurement & AP automation) in our different subsidiaries and work closely with the BPO (Business Process Owners) to enhance the solutions. Therefore we are looking for highly motivated person to be our main expert in those areas:
Expert in P2P Process
- As a specialist in Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes, your main responsibilities will be to support the design, implementation and deployment, with the objective of delivering best practice solutions and ensuring solution adoption
- Provide guidance & awareness on data generated by the P2P process to maximize the analysis and value delivered by the ssystems
Expert in Solution Implementation
- Provide a strong technical understanding of the solutions covering the P2P process
with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the core model features (including Coupa platform & JDE ERP) and how it may be configured to meet a business requirements - Create and/or improve implementation templates, training, and presentations
- Provide technical and functional expertise internally during the rollout (project) or changes (run)
Expert in Change Management
- Develop P2P implementation best practices within your areas of expertise and be a champion for their adoption
- Help business process owners focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementation
- Share relevant best practices in solution to a community of key users around the world to maximize process & solution adoption

Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in procurement, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Fluent in English
- High energy team player with a bias for action
- 1-3 years of experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation
- Experience in implementing eSourcing platforms (Coupa, Coupa Sourcing Optimization, Ariba Sourcing, Jaggaer or similar) is highly valuable
- Experience in related Business Spend Management processes (e.g. P2P, Supplier Management, Third Party Risk Management) is highly valuable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Budapest
