About the role:
The OCM Analyst position is a crucial role within our organization, reporting to the Unisys OCM Sr. Manager. This role actively supports change management activities for Unisys OCM projects and contributes to fulfilling communication and project performance requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Support change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects.
- Contribute to the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives.
- Act as a publication support resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects, including the production of various materials such as videos, brochures, posters, OCM Solution Briefs, and plans related to OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other initiatives.
- You'll find yourself utilizing a variety of tools on a daily basis, including Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other similar software.
- Assist in the development of OCM collateral.
In order to be successful in this role...:
- Experience with Change Management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to changing requests, and apply critical thinking to a variety of people problems.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
- Experience in creating and delivering verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and reports.
- Experience engaging directly with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive assigned work.
