Order to cash representative (Italian speaker)

We are currently looking for an Order to Cash Representative to join our partner, a globally recognized technology company. The role is part of the company’s Budapest-based Global Business Services (GBS) center, supporting international operations in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for an assigned customer portfolio
• Process and monitor customer orders in SAP (order entry, order follow-up, delivery coordination)
• Handle invoicing, cash collection, and payment follow-ups
• Communicate daily with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Resolve order, delivery, and invoice-related issues
• Manage disputes, claims, and returns
• Prepare reports from SAP / Power BI / Business Objects when required
• Support process improvements and ongoing projects

• University or college degree
• Fluent English and Italian language knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving attitude

• SAP, Power BI, or Business Objects knowledge
• Experience in a shared service environment
