Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer orders from entry to delivery
- Ensuring accurate and timely order handling in the system
- Communicating with customers and internal departments (logistics, finance, sales) to resolve any order-related issues
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in French and English
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Order Management
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive attitude
