Order Management Specialist [BÉ-VSOS26]

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company with decades of industry experience and multiple production sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end order management process, from order entry in the ERP system through delivery coordination to aftersales support.

• Manage and track customer orders in the ERP system
• Coordinate technical and financial aspects of orders with internal teams
• Support production planning and delivery coordination
• Assist in project administration and documentation
• Handle contracts, invoicing and reporting tasks
• Prepare basic statistics and operational reports
• Manage customer issues and contribute to process improvements

• 1-2 years experince in order management, preferable in the technical field
• Business fluent English language skills
• Fluent Hungarian language skills
• Solid experience with any ERP systems
• Detail-oriented an independent working style
