Order Handler (French speaking)

Tasks:

We are looking for a new colleague who will support our Italian sales office to handle the incoming orders from the customers.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Respond to sales inquiries from customers by ensuring on-timely and complete entering of orders.
Acknowledge orders for customers, provide about any delays of the shipment. Review and process change requests..
Expedite factories to make sure items are delivered on time.
In case of need works together with sales engineers to find alternative solution.
Keep close contact with customer and sales organizations.
Process and issue invoices.
Look for continuous improvement opportunities, maintain and improve customer satisfaction..

Who You Are:

You provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Proficient knowledge of English
University or college degree
PC skills are necessary like: Word, Excel, Outlook
We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
You gain insight into customer need.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
