Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an
Order Fulfillment Reporting Specialist
to join our Marketing & Sales Team in our Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.
The Ford of Europe Order Fulfilment Operations team are the face of the European and Export Markets to all EU Production Sources, the MP&L team, and of the EU Markets to non-EU Production Sources e.g. Ranger from Silverton, Mustang Mach E from Mexico. Key responsibilities are to ensure vehicle supply is matched to demand across the EU region, Company Owned Inventory turns quickly and efficiently and the benefits of Lean Order to Delivery are realised.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Maintaining and testing existing reports to support the daily work of the Order Fulfilment Operations Team
- Understanding product strategy changes within Ford of Europe
- Database management (Google Cloud - Big Query / Dataform, Terraform)
- Seek opportunities to enhance existing reports. Collecting feedback from report users to improve usability of Order Fulfilment tools.
- Participating in report development and version documentation (automated and self-service reports upon request) to support business needs
- Reviewing data, processes and structures to identify opportunities for re-engineering/process improvements
- Supporting reviews and meetings with markets and Ford of Europe management
Are we looking for you? Yes, if….
- You have BA/MA degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or IT
- You have at least 1-2 years experience in a reporting team or reporting role
- You have excellent analytical skills and thinking, ability to proactively progress an issue, develop options and recommendations and see through to resolution
- Skills in report creation based on a set of criteria
- You have SQL knowledge
- You know QlikSense, Visual Basic Programming (advantage)
- You know Goggle Cloud familiarity, (Big Query / Dataform, Terraform) (advantage)
- Alteryx knowledge is an advantage, but affinity to learn Alteryx environment is a must
- You work with accuracy with the ability to comply with deadlines
- You can work independently with limited supervision
- You can speak English fluently
