• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance across the organization
• Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement programs using industry-standard methodologies
• Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver improvement projects on time and within scope
• Train and coach teams on best practices, problem-solving tools, and process improvement techniques
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Present findings, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline throughout the organization
• Oversee change-management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems

• University or Collage degree
• Experience in operational excellence and lean management
• Experience in Change Management
• 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
• Knowledge of automotive standards
