Állás leírása

Responsibilities

1. 货运监控:
·使用追踪系统和软件实时监控货运动态。
·识别并解决运输过程中的任何问题或延误,例如提货延迟、扫描缺失或派送异常。
·主动与内部团队和客户沟通,解决问题。

2. 数据分析与报告:
·分析货运状态、运输时间和绩效指标数据,以确定趋势和改进领域。
·生成定期报告和仪表盘,以提供关键绩效指标 (KPI) 和运营指标的可视性。
·与管理层紧密合作,优化物流流程并提高客户满意度。

3. 协调与沟通:
·与运输、仓储和海关等内部部门协调,确保目标和优先事项保持一致。
·与货运代理等外部合作伙伴和客户进行有效沟通,协调活动并解决问题。
·及时向客户和利益相关者提供有关货运进度和任何相关进展的最新信息和状态报告。

4.问题解决:
·作为问题解决的联络点,解答客户关于货运状态和物流运营的疑问。
·与跨职能团队合作,调查问题的根本原因,并实施纠正措施,防止问题再次发生。
·将关键问题上报管理层,并提供解决方案建议。
1.Monitoring Shipments:
·Monitor the movement of shipments in real-time using tracking systems and software.
·Identify and address any issues or delays in transit, such as pickup delay, missing scan, or delivery exceptions.
·Proactively communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.

2.Data Analysis and Reporting:
·Analyze data on shipment status, transit times, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
·Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
·Work closely with management to optimize logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

3.Coordination and Communication:
·Coordinate with internal departments, including transportation, warehousing, and customs department, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
·Communicate effectively with external partners, such freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
·Provide timely updates and status reports to customers and stakeholders on shipment progress and any relevant developments.

4.Problem Resolution:
·Act as a point of contact for resolving issues and addressing customer inquiries related to shipment status and logistics operations.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
·Escalate critical issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution.
