Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment while supporting daily operational and procurement activities.

Support day-to-day operational and administrative processes
Assist with purchasing activities, supplier communication, and order tracking
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in terms of warehouse management, purchasing or operations
Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing planning
Handle general office coordination and administrative tasks
Support management with ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations, purchasing, administration, or a similar office-based role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Confident user of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability
Creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail
Fluent English is required

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Romanian language is considered a strong advantage
