Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of our new colleague:
  • Full oversight, management, and supervision of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
  • Monitoring and maintaining operational efficiency and profitability across all service lines.
  • Analyzing operational costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring the cost-effective management of the affiliate network.
  • Liaising in English with the operator and affiliate networks via email, telephone, and in person, as well as recruiting and training new staff.
  • Continuous monitoring of the company's operating system, assessing the efficiency of case assignments from both a professional and financial perspective.
  • Overseeing, managing, organizing, and regularly auditing the operators' work, including schedule creation.
  • Onboarding, onboarding support, and training of operators.
  • Professional and financial monitoring of the affiliate network.
  • Overseeing data accuracy for monthly activity statements to ensure seamless invoicing and to prevent payment delays with international partners.
  • Supervision of the counseling and advisory processes provided by specialists.
  • Handling contracting and contract amendments with specialists, and recording specialist data in the IT system.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of precision and accuracy
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliability
  • Strong commercial awareness and a profit-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with a high proficiency in MS Excel for cost and efficiency tracking.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and assertive communication skills for managing international partner networks.
