Responsibilities

Handling of all charter related operational issues
Communication with our vessels, charterers, commercial managers and brokers
Briefing & issuance of captain's orders and appointment of agencies
Arranging of bunker deliveries
Voyage calculations and voyage orders
Handling of vessels cargo and performance claims
Cooperation with our Accounting team on the handling of hire statements and invoicing
Handling insurance cases

Requirements

A successfully completed training in shipping and relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas
Good knowledge of the terms of all time and voyage charter party forms
Good communication skills and an organizational talent
Fluency in spoken and written English
Good command of MS Office
Experience in Bulk operating is an advantage
