Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel and apartment operations, including check-ins, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services
  • Ensure operational SOPs and brand standards are followed across all locations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, supervisors, and outsourced service partners
  • Lead, train, schedule, and support operational staff (housekeepers, supervisors, front desk/guest experience teams)
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
  • Motivate teams to meet quality, timeliness, and performance targets
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and review ratings
  • Handle escalated guest issues professionally and implement fast solutions
  • Ensure properties are consistently clean, staged, functional, and guest-ready
  • Monitor operational costs and work to reduce inefficiencies
  • Optimize workflows in housekeeping, maintenance scheduling, and supplies logistics
  • Prepare monthly operational performance reports
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure asset quality
  • Manage maintenance requests, contractors, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Work closely with customer service, revenue management, and ownership teams
  • Report on operational needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards and procedures across all locations
  • Collaborate with property managers and administrative teams to optimize occupancy and profitability
  • Support the company’s strategic growth and expansion into new locations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations management, preferably in a multi-location setting
  • Strong leadership skills with a confident, hands-on personality
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and operational optimization
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proactive, business-minded, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Able to spend significant time on-site and motivate a diverse, young team
