Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Development and management of systems related to banking settlements
- Monitoring the regulatory environment and integrating new requirements into the system
- Leading projects within the operations area and tracking changes
- Validation and approval of treasury and corporate banking products
- Close cooperation with other departments during the introduction of new products
- Monitoring operational risks and compliance requirements

Requirements

Requirements:
- Relevant higher education degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of GIRO, VIBER, and SWIFT systems
- Active English language skills

Company info

We are looking for a colleague for our banking partner with an international background in the position of Operation Specialist.

The role focuses on managing banking operations projects, with particular emphasis on the development of a local clearing system and the implementation of new regulatory requirements. Due to the small team size, the position offers the opportunity to contribute broadly to the success of the projects.

Given the international environment, active English language skills are required in addition to relevant professional experience.
