Responsibilities

Join a growing, agile team with exciting projects in the Italian market, backed by a large multinational that offers tools, best practices and international expertise, and enjoy real ownership of SEA and Social Ads campaigns with clear goals and plenty of room to test, learn and grow.

CEWE online activity in Italy is still in a start-up phase with ambitious growth plans. Your main responsibility will be to acquire as much new customers as possible in a profitable way, using all the digital advertising platforms.

Planning, implementation and monitoring of digital new customers acquisition campaigns for B2C and B2B2C e-commerce, with a minimum ROAS approach
End-to-end operational management of advertising platforms: Google Ads, Bing and Meta, working independently
- Performance analysis using analytics tools and KPI reporting

Budget management (forecasting, distribution, reporting)
Coordination with the creative team and external agencies for the creation of digital campaigns

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEA and social media campaigns for the Italian market. At least 2 years of experience (agency or in-house).
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Bing, Meta)
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
Basic video editing experience preferred
Cross-functional collaboration (creative and content teams, exchanges with other digital teams within the company, external agencies)
- Communication:You are a native Italian speaker with excellent writing skills, very strong English (written&spoken), and ideally some knowledge of German.
- Your method: You are autonomous, a quick learner, accurate and reliable with deadlines, flexible, solutions-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with creative, content, digital teams and external agencies.
