Operations Development Expert (OMS Advisor)

We are now looking for an OMS Advisor whose job is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on warehouse locations in the country and ensure sustainability across sites. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (from site managers to 1st level of leadership) during OMS implementation to drive standardization across sites with behavioural and cultural changes. It includes the tracking and reporting of the OMS achievements as well.
What will be your job description?
- Supporting site leadership team
- Ensure consistent implementation of standards across all locations assigned to you
- Leveraging experience from previous implementations and incorporating new learnings into processes
- Provide effective training and knowledge transfer on OMS procedures to site users and others on the use of performance monitoring tools/systems
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with supply chain/warehouse operations
- Proactivity in implementing OMS standards and training site leadership team
- Fluent communication in English and Hungarian
- Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Independence and good communication skills
- Willingness to travel to the warehouse sites
